针对光面爆破应采用何种空气间隔装药方式为宜的问题,采用流固耦合分析算法,分别对顶部空气间隔装药、底部空气间隔装药、中部空气间隔装药以及分段空气间隔装药4种光面爆破空气间隔装药结构进行了数值模拟,并分析比较了4种不同空气间隔装药条件下的孔壁峰值应力、光爆压力破岩能力、爆破减振效果。4种装药结构的现场试验结果表明:分段空气间隔装药具有孔壁应力分布均匀、破岩能力较强、减振效果理想、实际爆破效果好等优点,值得在光面爆破中推广应用。
In order to solve the problem of what kind of air-gap charging method should be adopted for smooth blasting, the fluid-solid coupling analysis algorithm is used to calculate the air-gap charge, air-gap charge, air- Four kinds of smooth blasting air spacer charge structures were numerically simulated and the pore wall peak stress, light burst pressure rock breaking ability and blasting vibration reduction effect were analyzed and compared under four different air-gap charge conditions. The field test results of four kinds of charge structures show that the segmented air-gap charge has the advantages of uniform stress distribution on the hole wall, strong rock breaking ability, ideal vibration damping effect and good blasting effect, which is worth popularizing in smooth blasting .
