目的:探讨绩效管理在妇科优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法:将温州医科大学附属第一医院妇科病房47名护理人员作为研究对象,在妇科优质护理服务中增加绩效管理,并对绩效管理的实施方式和成效进行分析,对护理质量指标和患者的满意度进行调查,比较实施绩效管理前后妇科护理服务的不同。结果:实施绩效管理后,患者的满意度和护理人员的工作质量(包括护理文书书写、基础护理、业务学习、病房管理、技术考核等)均有明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:妇科优质护理服务中实施绩效管理后,整体护理质量显著提升,患者满意度不断提高。
Objective: To explore the application of performance management in gynecological quality nursing services. Methods: Forty-seven nurses from gynecological ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were selected as research objects, and performance management was added to the quality nursing services of gynecology. The ways and effects of performance management were analyzed. The nursing quality indicators and patient satisfaction Degree of investigation, comparison of performance management before and after the different gynecological care services. Results: Satisfaction of patients and quality of nursing staff (including writing of nursing documents, basic nursing, business study, ward management, technical assessment, etc.) were significantly improved after performance management (P <0.05). Conclusion: After implementing performance management in gynecological quality nursing service, the overall quality of nursing care significantly improved and patient satisfaction increased continuously.
