文中应用高温显微镜对GH36合金在550℃、659℃的蠕变过程和蠕变裂纹扩展过程进行了直接观察。观察到该合金在蠕变时产生晶内滑移、孪晶变形和晶界滑动。同时还观察到蠕变裂纹呈变速“跳跃式”的沿晶扩展以及遇到弯曲晶界时的穿晶扩展,并对剪切滑移断口的微观特征作了观察和分析。
In this paper, the temperature of 550 ℃, 659 ℃ creep process and creep crack growth process of GH36 alloy were observed by high temperature microscope. It was observed that the alloy produced intracrystalline slip, twin deformation and grain boundary sliding during creep. At the same time, it is also observed that the creep crack changes along the “leaping” mode and the transgranular expansion when it encounters the curved grain boundaries. The microscopic characteristics of the shear-slip fracture are also observed and analyzed.
