为增加与油藏接触和泄流的面积,水平井技术提供了钻常规油气井的一些成熟方法,但是,对非均质的产液剖面,特别是在高度非均质和高度裂缝型的油藏中,会引起过早见水。为达到均匀的产液剖面,急需一种针对水平井的完井技术。通过在水平井段使用流入控制装置(ICD)的完井方法来提高采油效率。目的在于通过控制含水率上升的速度,进而改善油藏的波及效率,最终提高原油的采收率。流入控制装置系统对未来的开发、钻井及修井方案的优化十分有益。
Horizontal well techniques provide some mature methods for drilling conventional oil and gas wells in order to increase the area of contact with and drainage from reservoirs. However, for heterogeneous production profiles, especially in highly inhomogeneous and highly fractured oils Tibet, will cause premature water. In order to achieve a uniform production profile, there is an urgent need for a well completion technology for horizontal wells. Effluent efficiency is enhanced through completion methods using inflow control devices (ICDs) in horizontal sections. The aim is to improve the recovery efficiency of the reservoir by controlling the rate of rise of the moisture content and eventually increase the recovery rate of the crude oil. The inflow control system is very useful for the future development, optimization of drilling and workover solutions.
