胶质瘤是常见的中枢神经系统肿瘤,组蛋白去乙酰化酶( HDACs)是最新发现的一系列致癌因子,在很多实体肿瘤中发挥重要作用,在脑胶质瘤中也不例外。其中的组蛋白去乙酰化酶3( HDAC3)是最近研究的热点,国内外很多学者发现其在人类肿瘤中起到了致癌的作用。人们应用抑制剂减弱HDAC3的表达后,人脑胶质瘤细胞的生长、侵袭等能力出现明显减弱。这就为肿瘤治疗提供了一条新途径。“,”Glioma is a common central nervous system tumors,histone deacetylases( HDACs) are a se-ries of newly discovered cancer-causing factors play an important role in many solid tumors,in gliomas is no exception.
