The use of liposomes as drug carriers remains in the laboratory research phase mainly due to the lack of a large number of viable ways to prepare liposomes that are sterile, stable and of uniform size. At present, only a small amount of water-soluble drug liposomes with higher parcel rate can be obtained by the preparation method of microemulsifier.
