利用金相显微分析、能谱分析、X射线衍射分析和SEM分析对添加Si的Cu-7.5Ni-5Sn合金的显微组织进行研究。结果表明,添加Si与未添加Si的Cu-7.5Ni-5Sn合金具有相同的组织。含Si的铸态Cu-7.5Ni-5Sn合金的组织由灰色的树枝晶(α基体)、过渡组织(α相和γ相两相的混合物)和枝晶间的骨状组织γ相(Cux Ni1-x)3Sn组成。Si对Cu-7.5Ni-5Sn合金具有细化枝晶的作用。Si与合金中的Ni形成Ni31Si12、Ni3Si和Ni74Si26相,其中起到细化变质作用的可能是Ni3Si相。添加Si可以延迟Cu-7.5Ni-5Sn合金的均匀化过程。
The microstructure of Si-added Cu-7.5Ni-5Sn alloy was studied by metallographic analysis, energy dispersive spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis and SEM analysis. The results show that the addition of Si has the same microstructure as the Cu-7.5Ni-5Sn alloy without Si addition. The microstructure of Si-containing as-cast Cu-7.5Ni-5Sn alloy consists of gray dendrite (α matrix), transitional microstructure (mixture of α phase and γ phase) and interphase γ phase (Cux Ni1- x) 3Sn. Si has the effect of refining dendrites on Cu-7.5Ni-5Sn alloy. Ni and Ni in the alloy form Ni31Si12, Ni3Si and Ni74Si26 phases, of which Ni3Si phase may play the role of refinement and metamorphism. Adding Si can delay the homogenization of Cu-7.5Ni-5Sn alloy.
