对重庆市大型蔬菜批发市场、农贸市场、超市、生产基地7大类蔬菜中9种农药残留情况进行了定点跟踪监测。结果表明,2006年蔬菜农药总残留量具有先上升后下降的动态变化;其中农药残留超标率为豆类、茄果类和绿叶菜类蔬菜高于其它种类蔬菜,市场蔬菜高于基地蔬菜,外地蔬菜高于本地蔬菜;第二、三季度的蔬菜质量安全指数大于1,安全状态存在一定风险;从农药污染综合值评价,甲胺磷、氧化乐果是影响重庆市蔬菜质量安全的主要因素。
Chongqing Municipality, large vegetable wholesale markets, farmers markets, supermarkets, production bases in seven major types of vegetables in the pesticide residues of 9 cases tracked and monitored. The results showed that the total residues of vegetable pesticides increased first and then decreased in 2006. The pesticide residue exceeded the standard for beans, solanaceous vegetables and green leafy vegetables higher than those of other vegetables. The market vegetables were higher than those of base vegetables, Vegetables are higher than local vegetables; the second and third quarters of vegetable quality and safety index is greater than 1, there is a certain risk of the safety status; comprehensive evaluation of pesticide contamination, methamidophos, omethoate is the main factor affecting Chongqing vegetable quality and safety.
