电力企业生产经营的所有经济来源都是电力营销,而电力营销工作中最基本的要素就是电力用户,这也是电力营销管理中最应重视的一项工作,维护好客户关系直接关系到电力企业经济效益的提高速度,而且电力营销工作模式也直接受到客户关系影响,所以处理好客户关系非常重要。电力企业要在实践中创新营销管理理念,以促使电力企业和客户友好地结合在一起,实现双方共赢的发展趋势。本文分析了电力营销管理工作中处理客户关系的相关建议。
