In order to understand the hepatitis B (hepatitis B) vaccination rate and the positive status of hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) in the rural population aged ≤ 15 years, a cluster sampling method was adopted in 2002, and 35 786 ≤ 15 Year-old population, rapid test methods using colloidal gold test for hepatitis B vaccine coverage and HBsAg detection. The results showed that the vaccination rate of hepatitis B vaccine was 51.6% in rural areas ≤ 15 years old, 0 to 3 years old, 4 to 7 years old, 8 to 12 years old, and the vaccination rates of 13 to 15 years old groups were 74 10% and 61 2 The prevalence of HBsAg was 17 93%, 0-3 years, 4-7 years old, 8-12 years old, The positive rates of HBsAg in 13 ~ 15-year-old population were 794%, 1093%, 1970% and 259% respectively. There was significant difference in HBsAg positive rate among all age groups. The positive rates of HBsAg in the history population were 11 34% and 24 96%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant. The positive rates of HBsAg in 0-3 years old, 4-7 years old and 8-12 years old group were 1 75 %, 4 73% and 125 2%, respectively, were significantly lower than those in the same age group with no history of vaccination. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of HBsAg between the ages of 13 and 15 in the vaccination history. Prompted to further improve the neonatal hepatitis B vaccination rates, serological detection of large age groups, the appropriate vaccination against vaccination.
