在良种选育中普遍感到种子粒重有明显下降的趋势,我们在开展激光育种中,对千粒重的影响进行了探索,初步获得了结果.一、激光处理实验选用双丰一号(晚粳)作为试验品种,分七种不同处理能量进行干种子照射,见表1所示.激光处理后当年播种,自播到收共137天,当代(L_1)结果见表2所示.从表2可看到,激光处理的比对照(CK)成苗率
