某型开卷机外支撑底板附近在生产实际中存在压溃现象。为解决该问题,用有限元软件ABAQUS对其进行静态结构分析,发现底板与侧板连接处存在应力集中,前隔板和侧板大部分材料Mises应力小于40 MPa。在此基础上,提出了改善应力集中的结构优化方案,及去除前隔板和在侧板上开孔的减重优化方案,最后采用试验设计法优选孔尺寸参数组合。优化后开卷机外支撑的最大Mises应力刚好达到许用应力,且质量减轻15%。
A type of uncoiler outside the support near the bottom of the production crush exists in practice. In order to solve this problem, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the static structure. It was found that there was stress concentration in the connection between the bottom plate and the side plate, and the Mises stress of most of the front bulkhead and the side plate was less than 40 MPa. On this basis, the structural optimization scheme to improve the stress concentration and the optimization scheme of weight loss to remove the front bulkhead and open the side plate are proposed. Finally, the experimental design method is adopted to optimize the combination of the pore size parameters. After optimization, the maximum Mises stress of the outer support of uncoiler just reaches the allowable stress and the mass loss is 15%.
