目的观察微波结合制霉菌素外用在治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病中的效果。方法对2010年1月～2012年1月到我院门诊就诊的100例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者进行阴道擦洗后,将制霉菌素片剂制成粉末涂擦于阴道壁,并对其中50例(观察组)患者使用微波治疗仪的阴道探头给予阴道治疗15 min。结果微波结合制霉菌素外用组与单纯使用制霉菌素外用组的治愈率分别为84%和56%,缓解时间分别为2.5 d和3.5 d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微波结合制霉菌素外用治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病操作简单,价格便宜,缩短疗程、减少复发率,值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the effect of microwave combined with nystatin in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods From January 2010 to January 2012, 100 cases of vulvovaginal candidiasis were treated by vaginal scrub in our outpatient clinic. The nystatin tablets were powder coated on the vaginal wall, Fifty patients (observation group) received intravaginal treatment with a vaginal probe of the microwave apparatus for 15 min. Results The cure rate was 84% and 56% respectively in the combination group of external application of nystatin and external use of nystatin. The response time was 2.5 d and 3.5 d, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Microwave combined with nystatin topical treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis is simple, cheap, shorten the course of treatment, reduce the recurrence rate, it is worth promoting the use of.
