给大鼠1次灌胃500mg/kgHDMF,然后用高效液相色谱对大鼠样品进行分离测定。主要参数t_(1/2ke)=5.013h,t_(peak)=0.477h,Cmax=40.52μg/ml,CL=0.165L·kg~(-1)·h~(-1),Vd=1.190L/kg。表明HDMF在大鼠体内吸收快,消除快,在肝中达峰时间短,峰浓度高,肝中HDMF含量高于其它组织。由尿粪排出量少,24h累计量仅为给药量的6.87%,24h后的尿粪未能测出原形物质,表明大部分HDMF在体内已被分解或转化为其它物质。
The rats were given 500mg / kg HDMF by intragastric administration, and then the rat samples were separated and determined by high performance liquid chromatography. HDMF absorption in rats showed fast, fast elimination, peak time in the liver is short, high peak concentration, liver HDMF content higher than other tissues. The urinary excretion was less, and the cumulative value of 24h was only 6.87% of the dose. After 24 hours, urine excrement failed to detect the original substance, indicating that most of the HDMF has been decomposed or converted to other substances in the body.
