有管理学家说,“一个学校管理得好坏,往往取决于校长的时间管理”。时间管理是对时间进行规划并高效利用时间以达到管理目标的过程,而课堂教学的时间管理,是学校管理的首要。在实践工作中,校长对于课堂教学时间的关注,应该集中在三个方面:引导、聚焦、降耗,其目标指向都是提升课堂教学效益。引导:合理分配时间“时间感”应该是教师的职业本能,一个教师要想上好课,必须具备对于课堂教学时间的控制筹划能力。
Some management experts say, “A school management is good or bad, often depends on the principal’s time management.” Time management is the process of planning time and using time efficiently to achieve the goal of management. The time management of classroom teaching is the top priority of school management. In practical work, the principals should pay attention to the time of classroom teaching in three aspects: guidance, focusing, reducing consumption, all of which aim at improving classroom teaching effectiveness. Guide: Reasonable distribution of time “sense of time ” should be the professional instinct of teachers, a teacher wants to have a good lesson, must have the ability to plan for the control of classroom teaching time.
