新生儿胃破裂少见,我们遇见4例都是喂食熟枣肉引起,其中死亡3例,举1例报告如下。男患儿,4天,因哭闹、气急、腹部膨隆14小时于1977年6月8日入院。6月4日足月顺产,产后情况正常。6月7日11时喂食熟枣肉数粒,次日6时患儿哭闹、腹部稍为膨隆、请人推拿腹部,下午4时呼吸急促,腹胀明显,而来院急诊。检查:体温38.6℃,呼吸40次/分,脉搏160次/分,呼吸急促,哭声低,口唇及四肢末端青紫。心肺无异常,腹部高度膨隆,腹壁静脉怒张,腹肌板样强直,叩诊鼓音,肝浊音界消失,有移动性浊音。肠鸣 Neonatal stomach rupture rare, we met four cases are caused by feeding cooked jujube meat, of which 3 cases of death, in one case reported as follows.
