研究了激光淬火工艺对4Cr13马氏体不锈钢组织和耐蚀性的影响。金相法和电化学方法的实验结果表明,激光淬火试样的耐蚀性明显优于传统盐浴淬火的,在所选定的回火温度范围内,回火温度越高耐蚀性越差。550℃回火时抗蚀性最差,但与传统淬火加回火处理试样接近。
The effect of laser quenching on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of 4Cr13 martensitic stainless steel was studied. The experimental results of metallographic and electrochemical methods show that the corrosion resistance of laser quenched samples is obviously better than that of traditional salt bath quenching. In the selected tempering temperature range, the higher the tempering temperature, the worse the corrosion resistance. Corrosion resistance at 550 ℃ tempering worst, but with the traditional quenching and tempering the sample close.
