恶性组织细胞病(简称恶组),既往称恶性网织细胞增生病,是单核——吞噬细胞系统中组织细胞呈异常增生的恶性疾病。自1939年SCO和Robb-mith二氏首先描述后,国内外文献相继有不少报道,但本病侵及神经系统报告较少,现将1972年以来见到的4例报告如下: 例1 辛××,女,24岁,病历号146521。1976年11月27日入院。病人于2个月前感左右髋部疼痛,入院前八天两下肢麻木,2天后完全瘫痪,排尿障碍。查体:Bp120/B0mmHg,T36℃,发育营养良好,心肺未见异常,眼底正常,两上肢活动自如,两下肢弛缓性瘫,胸(?)以下痛觉迟钝,两下肢腱反射消失,两侧可引出Babinski氏征和Chaddock氏征。血沉105mm/1小时,130mm/2小时,血白细胞10,500/mm~3,分叶86％,淋巴12％,嗜酸2％,红细胞325万/mm~3,血小板12万/ Malignant histiocytosis (referred to as the evil group), formerly known as malignant reticulum hyperplasia, is a monocytic - phagocytic cell system was abnormal proliferation of malignant diseases.
