目的:探讨氨甲喋呤宫颈注射与肌肉注射两种用药途径治疗异位妊娠的疗效及副反应。方法:选择我院2002年1月～2006年12月异位妊娠氨甲喋呤保守治疗的250例患者,分成两组,宫颈注射氨甲喋呤者为实验组,肌肉注射氨甲喋呤者为对照组,对两组疗效及副反应进行比较。结果:实验组与对照组治疗异位妊娠疗效无显著性差异,但宫颈注射治疗用药少、副反应小、疗程短。结论:宫颈注射氨甲喋呤治疗异位妊娠优于肌肉注射治疗。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and side effects of methotrexate cervical injection and intramuscular injection in treating ectopic pregnancy. Methods: From January 2002 to December 2006 in our hospital conservative treatment of methotrexate ectopic pregnancy in 250 patients divided into two groups, cervical injection of methotrexate for the experimental group, intramuscular injection of methotrexate as a control group, the two groups of efficacy and Side effects were compared. Results: There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy, but the treatment of cervical injection was less, the side reaction was small and the course of treatment was short. Conclusion: Cervical injection of methotrexate is superior to intramuscular injection in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
