“2000年人人享有卫生保健”是世界卫生组织1977年提出的全球性战略目标,1989年卫生部制订了《中国农村实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”的规划目标》,并确定1989-1990年为实现《规划目标》的第一阶段,即规划试点阶段。其间通过试点,全国计划有10％的县率先达标。为了检验和评价试点工作的进展、效果和研究试点中的问题,卫生部于1990年3月19日至4月28日对30个试点县的初级卫生保健(PHC)工作进行了中期评价。本文将对评价结果进行初步分析。一、评价方法 (一)资料来源及收集方法本次评价资料来源于两方面,档案资
“Health care for everyone in 2000” is a global strategic goal put forward by the World Health Organization in 1977. In 1989, the Ministry of Health formulated the “Planning Goals for China’s Rural Areas to Realize ”Health Care for Everyone in 2000“” and established 1989- In 1990, the first phase of achieving the “Planning Goals” was to plan the pilot phase. During the trial period, 10% of the counties across the country plan to take the lead. In order to test and evaluate the progress of the pilot project, its effectiveness, and the problems in the pilot study, the Ministry of Health conducted an interim evaluation of primary health care (PHC) work in 30 pilot counties from March 19 to April 28, 1990.
