目的:以黄芪多糖为研究对象,研究其通过口服给药后在动物体内的代谢形式。方法:采用醇沉试验和斐林反应等化学鉴别法和高效凝胶渗透色谱法鉴定黄芪多糖在SD大鼠体内的代谢形式。结果:黄芪多糖体内代谢物醇沉试验为阴性,表明未检测到多糖;斐林试剂反应为阳性,表明在含药血清样品中可检测到多糖代谢物。高效凝胶色谱法测定黄芪多糖体内代谢物分子量与单糖标准品基本一致。结论:黄芪多糖经口服后在动物体内分解为单糖或低聚糖。
OBJECTIVE: To study the metabolic forms of astragalus polysaccharides in animals after oral administration. Methods: Metabolic forms of Astragalus polysaccharides in SD rats were identified by alcohol precipitation test, chemical reaction such as Fehling reaction and high performance gel permeation chromatography. RESULTS: The APS test of the APS in vivo was negative, indicating that no polysaccharide was detected; the Reagent reaction was positive, indicating that polysaccharide metabolites were detectable in the drug-containing serum samples. The molecular weight of the metabolites of APS determined by high performance gel chromatography was basically the same as that of monosaccharide standard. Conclusion: Astragalus polysaccharide is decomposed into monosaccharide or oligosaccharide in animal body after oral administration.
