目的在发生突发化学事故时,通过突发化学事故应急救援系统迅速提供可行的应急救援方案,指导有关部门开展救援工作。方法通过收集分析佛山市危险化学源资料,建立各种毒物扩散的计算机模型。结果通过对以往发生的突发化学事故进行测试和验证,结果表明,通过该系统的评估结果和人工实际计算结果之间的误差较小。结论该系统具有较好的科学性、先进性和可行性,可以对突发化学中毒事故进行定量危害评估,提出相应的应急救援预案和应采取的毒物应急救援方法措施,为事故现场指挥部门的决策提供科学的和系统的依据。
Objective In the event of an emergency chemical accident, the emergency rescue system for sudden chemical accidents should be rapidly provided with feasible emergency rescue plans to guide relevant departments to carry out rescue work. Methods By collecting and analyzing source information of hazardous chemicals in Foshan, a computer model of various poison dispersal was established. The results of testing and verification of unexpected chemical accidents that occurred in the past show that the error between the assessment results and the actual calculation results through the system is small.
