本文使用自制的人血卟啉钠盐对体表癌进行局部表面涂药,再用激光照射产生桔红色荧光显阳性反应,可作出诊断。对离体组织制成切片或印片,经过血卟啉液处理后用荧光显微镜诊断31例,其中癌17例阳性率为100%;良性肿瘤及正常组织14例均为阴性。说明血卟啉激光方法或血卟啉荧光显微镜方法对癌症的诊断可靠。改进的离体组织印片方法更为简便而结果相同,值得临床应用。
This article uses homemade human hematoporphyrin sodium salt on topical surface coating of body surface cancer, and then laser irradiation produces orange-red fluorescence positive reaction, can make a diagnosis. The isolated tissues were cut into slices or printed. After treatment with hematoporphyrin, 31 cases were diagnosed with fluorescence microscopy. The positive rate of cancer was 17% in 100 cases; benign tumors and normal tissues were negative in 14 cases. It shows that the hematoporphyrin laser method or the hematoporphyrin fluorescence microscope method is reliable in the diagnosis of cancer. The improved in vitro tissue printing method is simpler and has the same results and is worthy of clinical application.
