对大分子表面活性剂进行了系统的助滤实验研究。结果表明,以对甲苯酚树脂为主要成分的PCRE大分子表面活性剂,对赤铁矿的过滤具有良好助滤性能,可将平均粒度为7.3μm的赤铁矿滤饼水分从17.7%降至11.2%,将东鞍山浮选铁精矿的滤饼水分从16.2%降至13.6%。以对甲苯胺树脂和以对甲苯酚与对甲苯胺共缩物为主要成分的PTRE和PTCA,分别可作为石英和浮选精煤的有效助滤剂。对大分子表面活性剂的助滤机理进行了较为深入系统的研究,论述了大分子表面活性剂具有优良的助滤性能的关键,在于使颗粒表面“大面积疏水”和促使微细颗粒絮凝。
The macromolecule surfactant was systematically studied by filtration experiments. The results showed that p-cresol resin as the main component of PCRE macromolecule surfactant has a good filter aid for the filtration of hematite. The average particle size of hematite cake 7.3μm moisture from 17.7 % To 11.2%, reducing the moisture content of filter cake in Dong’anshan flotation concentrate from 16.2% to 13.6%. Toluidine resin and p-cresol and p-toluidine condensate as the main component of PTRE and PTCA, respectively, can be used as quartz and flotation clean coal effective filter aid. The mechanism of macromolecule surfactant filtration is systematically studied in detail. The key of macromolecule surfactant with excellent filtration aid is discussed. The key point is that the surface of macromolecule is “large-area hydrophobic” and flocculation of fine particles is promoted.
