随着社会的发展,人们的生活生产水平不断提高,因此人们对房屋建筑业提出了更高的要求。然而就目前建筑工程的实际情况而言,在现代的建筑工程中,渗水漏水可以说是现代建筑工程的质量通病,当建筑工程出现渗水漏水时,首先会给人们视觉上的冲击,并且对对建筑工程的质量也会造成重要形象,同时其还是诸多建筑工程质量问题的诱因。因此,为了有效地提高建筑工程的质量,降低一系列的建筑质量问题频率,在现代的建筑工程通常都会在施工过程中对其进行防水施工。在屋面上设置防水层是防止屋面渗漏的有效手段,随着防水层在屋面防水中的应用,使得屋面防水的效率和质量都得到了大幅度提升,从而为满足人们对房屋建筑的要求和提高建筑性能起到了不可估量的作用。而在有些建筑中,为了提高建筑的性能通常还会设置了隔热层。而为了使建筑的质量和性能进一步提高,就必须要对屋面防水层及隔热层进行改良。本文通过屋对面防水层及隔热层的深入研究,然后对屋面防水层及隔热层的改良作法进行了详细阐述,以供同行参考。 With the development of society, people’s living standards continue to rise, so people put forward higher requirements on the housing construction industry.
