本文报告74例住院经明确病原菌诊断的尿路感染(UTI)。68例通过8年专人负责随访,共发现8例有合并症:先天性肾盂积水及输尿管返流(VUR)各2例,尿路结石、神经源膀胱各1例。2例出现轻～中度高血压,3例轻度蛋白尿,余57例获愈。68例中17例属再发(复发11例,再感染6例)。14例经尿SIgA测定,其含量均有不同程度降低,提示再发者存在尿路局部免疫机能低下。结合文献对UTI问题进行讨论,并强调随访工作的重要。
This article reports 74 hospitalized patients with clear pathogenic bacteria diagnosed urinary tract infection (UTI). Sixty-eight patients were followed up for 8 years. A total of 8 patients with comorbidities were found, including 2 cases of congenital hydronephrosis and ureteral reflux (VUR), 1 case of urinary calculi and 1 case of neurogenic bladder. 2 cases of mild to moderate hypertension, 3 cases of mild proteinuria, the remaining 57 cases were cured. Of the 68 cases, 17 were recurrent (11 recurrent and 6 recurrent). 14 cases of urinary SIgA determination, the content decreased to varying degrees, suggesting that the recurrence of urinary tract local immune dysfunction. UTI issues are discussed in conjunction with the literature and highlight the importance of follow-up.
