The results of the determination of trace elements and trace elements copper, chromium, manganese, zinc, nickel, lead, calcium and magnesium in 35 elderly patients with acute arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction showed that: (1) Calcium and magnesium contents were significantly lower than the corresponding control group (P <0.01). (2) The content of manganese in the hair of the male infarction group and the content of copper and copper in the female infarction group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). To explore the clinical significance of the above results and confirmed that trace elements and macronutrients magnesium and calcium are closely related to arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction.
