研究低分子肝素以及硫酸基团修饰后的低分子肝素对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的体外抑菌作用。采用琼脂扩散法测定有无抑菌活性,用2倍稀释法测定抑菌强度。结果显示,低分子肝素以及硫酸基团修饰后的低分子肝素对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有抑菌作用,对大肠杆菌的抑菌作用比对金黄色葡萄球菌的更强。
To study the in vitro antibacterial activity of low molecular weight heparin and sulfate modified low molecular weight heparin on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Agar diffusion method was used to determine the presence or absence of antibacterial activity. The antibacterial activity was determined by 2-fold dilution. The results showed that low molecular weight heparin and sulfate modified low molecular weight heparin have antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, and the antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli is stronger than that against Staphylococcus aureus.
