为探讨宋氏r拟钉螺在传病上的意义,采用微量平面淀粉胶电脉法检测了采自浙江、四川两省的宋氏r拟钉螺、拟钉螺及钉螺共5个螺群的21种等位基因酶谱,并进行数值分类学处理,从分子生物学水平揭示3螺类的亲缘关系。结果共得到24个位点,67个等位基因;宋氏r拟钉螺与钉螺的Nei氏遗传距离(Nei′sD)为0.78;宋氏r拟钉螺与拟钉螺的Nei′sD为1.05;钉螺与拟钉螺的Nei′sD为1.40。显示三者有较近的亲缘关系,宋氏r拟钉螺与钉螺的关系更密切,提示宋氏r拟钉螺有可能为血吸虫(包括动物血吸虫)的螺类宿主,且不排除有传播并殖吸虫的可能
In order to explore the significance of Song’s snail on the pathogeny, 21 kinds of five spirochaeta groups of Song’s r, Snail and Snail collected from Zhejiang and Sichuan provinces were detected by microplanin-starch gel electrophoresis. Allelic zymogram, and numerical taxonomy processing, from the level of molecular biology revealed three snails of the genetic relationship. Results A total of 24 loci and 67 alleles were obtained. Nei’s genetic distance (Nei’s) was 0.78 for N. simonii and S. japonicus, and Nei’s was 1 .05; Nei’sD of snails and snails were 1.40. The results showed that there was a close relationship between the relative value of S. japonicus and S. japonicus, suggesting that S. japonicus could be a helminth host for schistosomiasis (including S. japonicum), and that Paragonimus spp. Possible
