This experiment started with studying the cardiovascular changes in arsenic-intoxicated animals and explored the dangers of arsenic in myocardial and microcirculation. The experimental results show that the acute arsenic poisoning mouse electrocardiogram often shows abnormal changes such as atrioventricular block, myocardial ischemia and acute myocardial injury. It is suggested that the damage of arsenic to myocardium is one of the main manifestations of acute arsenic poisoning, and it is also one of the important causes of animal death. In addition, the response of the mesenteric fine arterial vein to norepinephrine (hereinafter referred to as NE) was observed under electrocardiographic monitoring. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the contraction effect of mesenteric microvessels between the poisoned group and the control group (P>0.05), suggesting that the adrenergic α-receptor proteins on the mesenteric microvascular smooth muscle of the acute arsenic poisoning mice had no significant degeneration.
