前言为贯彻胡锦涛主席“要从战略高度认识拉美”的重要指示,适应中拉关系发展的需要,2005～2008年,中国社会科学院拉丁美洲研究所与中国社科院国际合作局连续举办了四届拉丁美洲形势论坛。新华社、人民日报、中央电视台以及西班牙、墨西哥等国媒体对每届论坛都进行了跟踪报道,对论坛的水平和国际影响给予了高度评价。论坛成果丰硕,已成为具有较高档次、较大规模和国际知名度的年度学术盛会,是中国社科院和拉美所的一项品牌活动。 Foreword In order to implement the important instructions of President Hu Jintao, “to understand Latin America from a strategic perspective,” and to meet the needs of the development of China-Latin America relations, from 2005 to 2008, the Latin American Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the International Cooperation Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences held four The Latin American Forum on the situation.
