为得到控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)排污管在排污工况下的流动情况,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对CRDM排污系统进行三维稳态流动分析。在已知CRDM排污系统阻力压降条件下,将复杂的CRDM流道简化为圆柱形阻力件,再利用反推法计算得到系统中的流量、流速和流动状态。计算结果表明,在排污工况下,系统内的流动状态为湍流流动,有利于提高排污效果。研究结果可为排污系统的设计提供参考。
In order to obtain the flow of the control rod drive mechanism (CRDM) blowdown pipe under the blowdown condition, a three-dimensional steady state flow analysis of the CRDM blowdown system was performed by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. In the known pressure drop of CRDM sewer system, the complicated CRDM flow path is simplified as a cylindrical resistance component, and then the flow rate, flow rate and flow state in the system are calculated by using the backstepping method. The calculation results show that under the condition of sewage discharge, the flow state in the system is turbulent flow, which is beneficial to improve the sewage effect. The results can provide reference for the design of sewage system.
