介绍了为减少感应式牵引电动机定子线圈和转子风道等重要冷却部位的尘埃堆积量而开发的少维修型牵引电动机的结构特点、单体试验、实际装车试验等的概要与试验结果。确认了其性能及尘埃排出效果。还分别介绍了新开发的牵引电动机用长寿命合成润滑脂与绝缘轴承的现状和试验结果。如果能在少维修型牵引电动机基础上同时采用长寿命合成润滑脂和绝缘轴承 ,就可实现牵引电动机 12 0万km非解体运行
This paper introduces the structure characteristics of the traction motor with few maintenance types developed to reduce the amount of dust deposited on the stator coils and rotor ducts of inductive traction motors and the summary and test results of the single-body test and the actual loading test. Confirmed its performance and dust discharge effect. Also introduced are the newly developed traction motor with long-life synthetic grease and insulated bearings status and test results. If the low maintenance traction motor based on the same time using long-life synthetic grease and insulated bearings, traction motors can be achieved non-disintegration of 120,000 km running
