目的 :探讨我院复方薄荷油滴鼻液 (薄荷脑、冰片、维生素AD油 )的制备方法、质量控制和临床疗效。方法 :将本品用于鼻咽科及经鼻腔 蝶窦垂体瘤切除术后神经外科等患者 ,进行临床观察。结果 :使用本品后 ,减少鼻腔粘膜刺激和不良反应 ,疗效显著 ,优于复方薄荷脑滴鼻液 (薄荷脑、樟脑、液体石蜡 )。结论 :复方薄荷油滴鼻液质量稳定 ,具有消炎止痛、润滑保护鼻粘膜作用 ,有利于鼻腔上皮细胞修复 ,促进伤口愈合 ,是一个较理想的制剂 Objective: To investigate the preparation, quality control and clinical efficacy of compound peppermint oil nasal drops (menthol, borneol, vitamin AD oil) in our hospital.
