红斑狼疮属于自身免疫性疾病。其病损若首先或仅发生在口腔粘膜时,早期诊断较困难。尤其盘状红斑狼疮的病损只发生于唇红时,易与慢性唇炎及扁平苔藓糜烂混淆。据报盘状红斑狼疮大约有5%或更少的患者可转为系统性红斑狼疮。我们试制“狼疮膏”用于临床,与口服氯喹配伍应用,并进行了临床观察。一、处方及配制 1.处方:油相:液体石蜡(药用) 12.4g 硬脂酸(药用)12.4～18.6g 蓖麻油(药用) 12.4g 水相:蒸馏水 55ml
Lupus is an autoimmune disease. If the lesion first or only occurs in the oral mucosa, early diagnosis is more difficult. In particular, discoid lupus lesions occur only in lip red, easily confused with chronic cheilitis and lichen planus erosion. It is reported that about 5% or less of patients with discoid lupus erythematosus may be converted to systemic lupus erythematosus. We trial system “lupus cream ” for clinical use, and oral chloroquine compatibility applications, and the clinical observation. A prescription and preparation 1. Prescription: oil phase: liquid paraffin (medicinal) 12.4g stearic acid (medicinal) 12.4 ~ 18.6g castor oil (medicinal) 12.4g water phase: distilled water 55ml
