井下履带式应急排水车具有流量大、响应迅速、机动性能好、复杂道路通过性好等特点,适用于井下突发涌水的紧急排水工程。该车采用液压机械式双流传动系统,功率由2套静液压系统分流进入变速装置,经动力差速式转向机构进行功率汇合,能够实现履带车辆的无级行走和无级转向。动力差速式转向机构具有降速增扭作用,转向时实现一侧扭矩增大而另一侧扭矩等量减小。

The car using hydraulic mechanical two-stream transmission system, the power split by two sets of hydrostatic systems into the transmission, the power differential steering mechanism for convergence of power, enabling trackless walking and stepless steer. Power differential steering mechanism has the role of deceleration by twisting, steering torque to achieve one side of the increase while the other side of the torque reduction.
