癌症疼痛是指癌症、癌症相关性病变及抗癌治疗所致的疼痛,癌症疼痛多为慢性疼痛.这类疼痛不仅给人躯体带来不适,而且对精神、心理、体质等方面产生不同程度的影响.癌症疼痛如果得不到及时的处理,将严重干扰到患者的生活质量.现将笔者对癌症疼痛患者的护理体会如下[1].
