应用气相色谱测定异丙草胺·莠去津悬乳剂的有效成分,使用5%SE-30填充柱和氢焰离子化检测器。用二甲基甲酰胺溶解,以邻苯二甲酸二正戊酯为内标物,对异丙草胺和莠去津进行气相色谱分离和测定的定量分析方法。结果表明:此分析方法异丙草胺和莠去津的标准偏差分别为0.33、0.32;变异系数分别为1.4%、2.0%;平均回收率分别为 99.98%、100.08%;线性相关系数分别为0.999 0、0.999 1。
The active ingredient of the isopropylalphamine atrazine suspension was determined by gas chromatography using a 5% SE-30 packed column and a hydrogen flame ionization detector. Dissolved in dimethylformamide, di-n-pentyl phthalate as the internal standard substance, and the calibration of meprodin and atrazine by gas chromatography and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the standard deviations of isopropachloride and atrazine were 0.33 and 0.32, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 1.4% and 2.0%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.98% , 100.08% respectively; the linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 0,0.999 1 respectively.
