如今,伴随社会的不断发展进步,我国对人才的要求已经越来越高,同时,企业发展也越来越需要高素质的人才。当前,在企业经营与管理当中,人力资源低成本优势已经成为企业发展的有利的保障,它能够推动企业经济的发展,也能够给企业的人才管理带来一定的方法保障。本文主要针对企业内的人力资源的管理方面进行一定的研究,对转型期的人力资源低成本与差异化优势进行一定的对比,明确对比所采用的相应的策略,并且对我国社会在未来发展中,人才资源培养提出了相应的要求。
