介绍二次有限元法分析波导本征值问题的基本原理和计算过程,编制相应的程序,实例计算了矩形波导的截止波长,并与理论值进行比较,所获得的计算结果与相关文献中所报道的数据吻合较好,表明该方法的有效性和程序的正确性。而且在此基础上计算了几种背脊波导的截止波长,单模带宽,画出了波导的场结构。这些结果和计算数据将为背脊矩形波导器件的小型化提供指导,对工程设计具有一定的实用价值。
The basic principle and calculation process of the second-order finite element method for the analysis of waveguide eigenvalue problems are introduced. Corresponding programs are compiled and the cut-off wavelength of the rectangular waveguide is calculated. The calculated results are compared with the theoretical values The reported data are in good agreement, indicating the validity of the method and the correctness of the procedure. Based on this, several kinds of ridge waveguide cut-off wavelength and single-mode bandwidth are calculated, and the waveguide field structure is drawn. These results and calculation data will guide the miniaturization of the spine rectangular waveguide device, and have certain practical value for engineering design.
