The result of PP333 regulating the seedling quality of Gladiolus plantlets showed that the suitable concentration of PP333 could obviously increase the number of bud differentiation of callus. The quality of in vitro seedling seedlings treated with PP333 was better than that of the control, which showed that the seedling emergence rate was high, the survival rate of transplanting was high, the dry weight of roots and crown was high and the ratio of root and shoot was large. The tube seedlings treated with PP333 grew well after transplanting, the structure of regenerated seedling leaves was better than that of the control, the rate of forming a balloon was significantly increased, and the enlargement of the contracted roots during bulb formation was earlier than that of the control
