Japanese management refers to the modern management science with the Japanese national culture and philosophy created and formed by the Japanese as a group in the post-war development of the economy. It can also be said to be a modern management system that incorporates Japanese culture. Its outstanding characteristics are the team spirit that runs through everything, the rigorous scientific attitude, the endless pursuit of high quality and high efficiency, and placing the customer’s needs and evaluations in a process of constant self-improvement. Japanese-style management pays more attention to interpersonal relationships and implements a precise division of labor and a stable employee system. In addition, what is most commendable is Japan’s business philosophy, that is, creating a family-like common sense in the company and fostering trust, subtlety, and intimacy that outsiders cannot understand.
