下8-平1井是南襄盆地泌阳凹陷梨树凹断鼻构造上的一口采油水平井。设计造斜点1300m,至着陆点A靶控制段长约540m,水平位移356m,至着陆点B靶水平控制段120m,油层厚度仅4.0m,而靶筐尺寸小,仅为1m×10m,因此井眼轨迹控制更加突出,钻井施工难度大大增加。针对施工难度较大的特点,通过采取了优化剖面设计、加强井眼轨迹控制及钻井液性能和执行安全钻进技术措施相应的技术,保证了现场的施工和安全。对梨树凹区块及同类似浅层大位移水平井施工有着重要的借鉴意义。
