在一个清洁燃气燃烧试验平台上,对二甲醚的燃烧特性进行试验研究。通过测量炉内烟气的温度场及排放参数,炉胆的中心温度随着过量空气系数的变化而变化,α=1.3处温度达到最高;研究了在普通燃气燃烧器上燃用二甲醚的安全性和可行性。本研究还将燃气工业锅炉燃用二甲醚与燃用柴油、天然气的经济性进行了对比分析。研究表明,二甲醚相对于柴油、液化天然气等传统燃料,具有出色的燃烧性能和排放特性,以及较好的经济指标。同比天然气和柴油,二甲醚燃烧性能好,燃烧充分,热效率高,能量利用率高。二甲醚热值约为柴油的70%,而价格却是柴油的1/2。二甲醚同天然气对比,二者具有相同的优势。
