目的:建立颠茄流浸膏中硫酸阿托品的含量测定方法。方法:选用XDB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),10mmol/L庚烷磺酸钠液(用冰醋酸调pH至3.3)-乙腈-无水乙醇(66∶28∶6)为流动相,检测波长为210nm。结果:此方法线性关系良好,相关系数为0.99994,平均加样回收率为99.1%,RSD为0.61%。结论:方法简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于颠茄流浸膏的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of atropine sulfate in Atropa belladonna extract. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of XDB-C18 column (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm), 10mmol / L sodium heptanesulfonate solution (adjusted to pH 3.3 with glacial acetic acid) -acetonitrile- , Detection wavelength of 210nm. Results: The linearity of this method was good with a correlation coefficient of 0.99994, an average recovery of 99.1% and a RSD of 0.61%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Belladonna extract.
