目的观察4种消毒剂对分枝杆菌的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对季铵盐、乙醇、异丙醇、过氧乙酸等消毒剂进行了实验室观察。结果在常温下,用含体积分数45%乙醇或异丙醇对悬液内龟分枝杆菌作用0.5 min,平均杀灭对数值>4.00。用含400 mg/L过氧乙酸对悬液内龟分枝杆菌作用2.5 min,平均杀灭对数值>4.00。用含400 mg/L苯扎溴铵对悬液内龟分枝杆菌作用20 min,基本无杀灭作用。两种醇类消毒剂和过氧乙酸均随有效浓度的增加,作用时间的延长,杀灭效果逐渐递增。结论醇类消毒剂和过氧乙酸均可在低于常规使用浓度下能有效杀灭悬液内分枝杆菌,但较低浓度季铵盐类消毒剂对分枝杆菌基本没有杀灭作用。
Objective To observe the killing effect of four disinfectants on mycobacteria. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test was used to observe the disinfectants such as quaternary ammonium salt, ethanol, isopropanol and peracetic acid. Results At room temperature, the mycelia of M. bovis were treated with 45% ethanol or isopropanol with volume fraction of> 4.00 for 0.5 min. With 400 mg / L peracetic acid in Mycobacterium vaccae suspension for 2.5 min, the average kill logarithm> 4.00. With 400 mg / L benzalkonium bromide in Mycobacterium vaccae suspension for 20 min, basically no killing effect. The two alcohol disinfectants and peracetic acid with the effective concentration increased, the role of time, killing effect gradually increased. Conclusions Both alcoholic disinfectant and peracetic acid can effectively kill Mycobacterium suspense at lower concentrations than the conventional ones, but the disinfectants with lower concentration of quaternary ammonium salts have almost no killing effect on mycobacteria.
