在沉积型磷酸盐矿石的杂质成分中 ,镁是特别令人头痛的。除镁取决于它在矿石中的状态。叙述了 3个处理贫磷酸盐的实例 ,每一实例都涉及各种MgO矿物及其分布状态。阿布塔尔图磷酸盐矿石 ,含 1 82 %MgO ,其特点是含有半自形晶的铁白云石。采用高梯度磁选获得的最终精矿品位为 32 9%P2 O5 ,含 0 4%MgO ,P2 O5 的回收率达 79%。卡拉特克哈斯巴磷酸盐 (1 38%MgO)含有结晶良好的白云石。采用正烷基氨基丙酸进行两段浮选。首先 ,将 pH值调至 7~7 5 ,浮出白云石 ;然后 ,不改变用水 ,在pH =5时分离出二氧化硅。最终精矿含 31 83 %P2 O5 和 0 2 2 %MgO ,P2 O5 的回收率为 84%。贾拉塔斯磷酸盐矿石 ,是一种卡拉套盆地的沉积物 ,其特点是MgO含量高 (2 6 % )。由于各矿物组分存在密切的共生关系 ,使得浮选精矿中P2 O5 的品位很难高于 2 9 5 % ,且要使MgO含量小于 1 2 %也难达到。但这种精矿经硫酸浸出后 ,可获得含 2 7%P2 O5 、1 2 %MgO的粗磷酸。用强酸性阳离子交换树脂处理后 ,可进一步从这种弱磷酸中提取镁 ,使MgO含量降至 0 2 %。
Magnesium is particularly troublesome among the impurity components of sedimentary phosphate ore. Magnesium removal depends on its state in the ore. Three examples of treating lean phosphates are described, each of which deals with the various MgO minerals and their distribution. Abatulit phosphate ore, containing 1 82% MgO, is characterized by the presence of semi-self-crystalline iron dolomite. The final concentrate grade obtained by high gradient magnetic separation was 32 9% P2 O5, containing 0 4% MgO and the recovery rate of P2 O5 was 79%. Carratrac Haasporophosphate (1 38% MgO) contains well-crystallized dolomite. Two-stage flotation was performed using n-alkylaminopropionic acid. First, the pH was adjusted to 7 ~ 7 5, floating out dolomite; then, without changing the water, at a pH of 5 to separate the silica. The final concentrate contained 31 83% P2 O5 and 0 2 2% MgO and the recovery of P2 O5 was 84%. Jarratas phosphate ore, a sediment of the Calaset Basin, is characterized by a high MgO content (26%). Due to the close symbiotic relationship between the mineral components, it is difficult for the grade of P2 O5 in the flotation concentrates to be higher than 295%, and it is difficult to achieve the MgO content less than 12%. However, after the concentrate is leached by sulfuric acid, crude phosphoric acid containing 27% of P2 O5 and 12% of MgO can be obtained. After treatment with strongly acidic cation exchange resins, magnesium can be further extracted from this weak phosphoric acid to reduce the MgO content to 0.2%.
