The genital warts virus (HCV) is transmitted through the blood. To investigate the status of HCV infection in blood donors, we used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to conduct 3,100 blood donation (plasma) pre-anti-HCV surveys. result. The positive rate of anti-HCV detection was for blood donors. 96%, with the increase in the number of installments in the supplier, from 0.19% month-on-month to the current 15.55%, at the same time. We observed serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels in anti-HCV-positive blood donors. Most of the anti-HCV positive blood donors have different levels of ALT. The level of ALT may also be related to the active replication of HCV in vivo.
