目的:观察分析甲硝唑、制霉菌素联合阴道臭氧灌洗来治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法:采取随机的方式,把我院于2012年7月-2014年2月所收治的88例阴道炎患者分为观察组和对照组,两组病例数分别为44例,其中对照组应用甲硝唑和制霉菌素治疗,观察组基于甲硝唑和制霉菌素的应用联合阴道臭氧灌洗来予以治疗,观察两组治疗效果和症状缓解时间,并进行对比分析。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为100.0%,患者症状一天得到缓解的缓解率为59.1%,对照组治疗总有效率为90.9%,患者症状一天得到缓解的缓解率为34.1%,两组治疗总有效率差异显著,同时症状快速缓解率所存差异明显,具有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论:在阴道炎的临床治疗中,基于甲硝唑和制霉菌素的药物治疗,联合实施阴道臭氧灌洗来治疗,起效快、症状减轻显著且疗程短,所获疗效良好,值得在临床中应用以及推广。 Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect of metronidazole and nystatin combined with vaginal ozone lavage to treat vaginitis.
