采用乙醇作为反应介质,将氨水滴入硝酸铝乙醇溶液中进行中和反应,经洗涤、过滤和烘干后得到氢氧化铝超细粉。将制得的超细氢氧化铝粉与铁粉按一定比例充分混合,经压制、烧结制得氧化铝颗粒增强铁基复合材料。
Using ethanol as the reaction medium, the ammonia solution is dripped into the aluminum nitrate ethanol solution for neutralization reaction, washed, filtered and dried to obtain the ultrafine aluminum hydroxide powder. The obtained ultrafine aluminum hydroxide powder and iron powder are fully mixed according to a certain proportion, and the aluminum oxide particle reinforced iron-based composite material is obtained by pressing and sintering.
